Ingredients
For the dough:
- 130 gram Water
- 4 gram Yeast
- 1 pinch Salt
- 30 ml Olive oil
- 230 gram Flour wheat / Flour
For the sauce:
- 2 pieces Tomato
- 40 gram Olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon Oregano
- 1 teaspoon Paprika sweet
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Sugar to taste
Additionally:
- 100 gram Parmesan
- 100 gram Hard cheese
- bacon to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, add warm water (130 gr.), add yeast (4 gr.), add 30 gr. olive oil, add 1 pinch. salt. Stir the mixture.
- Next, add the flour. Knead a soft dough. Cover the bowl with a towel and put it in a warm place to rise. After the first rise, knead the dough and put it to rise again for at least 2-2. 5 hours.
- Tomatoes pour boiling water, remove the skin. Tomatoes cut into pieces, put in a bowl of a chopper, add salt, sugar, ground black pepper to taste. Next, add 1/2 teaspoon of oregano.
- Next, add 40 grams of olive oil to the tomato sauce.
- Next, add sweet paprika (1h. spoon).
- Roll out the dough into a layer, place it in a pizza mold (the diameter of the pizza mold is 30 cm.)
- Grease the dough layer with the prepared tomato sauce-base.
- Put the sliced bacon petals on the tomato sauce base.
- Grate the parmesan and dutch cheese and mix.
- The form is sent to a preheated 250C oven and lightly bake for 10-12 minutes.
- Then take out the form and sprinkle with a mixture of grated cheeses on top and send it back to the oven for 5-7 minutes.
- The pizza is ready!
