Portioned Hot Snacks "Chicken Cupcake-Gratin" Recipe
This wonderful hot dish is a real friend on the New Year's table! The most delicate, with an appetizing crust and an incomparable aroma! A few years ago I tried it at a friend's birthday party. It was a cross between a jellied snack cake and a grill.

Cook Time 90 minutes
Ingredients
- 300 gram Chicken fillet
- 250 gram Champagnons
- 100 gram Prunes
- 1 piece Onion
- 100 gram Hard cheese
- 2 pieces Chicken eggs
- 3 tablespoons Sour cream
- 100 ml Milk
- 1 bunch Green onions
- 1 bunch Dill
- 4 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 3 tablespoons Flour wheat / Flour
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- And so, we proceed to the preparation of the main ingredients: chop the onion and fry in vegetable oil until half-cooked.
- Chicken breast fillet cut into small cubes, mushrooms - into 4 parts. If the mushrooms are large, then cut into 8 pieces. Put the chopped chicken and mushrooms in a frying pan with onions, season with salt and pepper and fry over medium heat until the liquid forms. Increase the heat and fry, stirring constantly, until the moisture evaporates.
- Transfer the finished mass to another bowl and cool.
- While the chicken-mushroom mixture is cooling, prepare the filling. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. My wonderful food processor, with a grater attachment for grinding, helped me in this.
- Without removing the cheese from the bowl of the combine, remove the lid and replace the grater attachment with a whisk attachment. Prepare the mixture for pouring: put eggs, sour cream, milk, a little salt and a pinch of black pepper in the bowl of the combine. Whisk until smooth.
- Add flour and whisk. Once again, my harvesting assistant did a great job! This time I used a whisk attachment.
- Pour the finished filling into a deep container. Chop the green onion and dill, wash the prunes and cut it into 4 parts. Add everything to the fill. Mix it.
- Next, add the mixture of chicken and mushrooms to the resulting emerald mass and mix.
- Grease the baking pans with vegetable oil. Spread out the cooked mass. I have ceramic molds with a diameter of 12 cm. From such a number of products, 3 servings are obtained.
- Place the molds in a preheated oven and bake at 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes. An unusual fragrance reigns in the house, which creates a festive mood and cozy home harmony!
- A great treat is ready! You can serve it as a main hot dish!
- When serving, sprinkle with chopped dill and serve with your favorite sauce... although this is not necessary, the dish already turns out to be incomparably delicious!
- The most tender, just melting in your mouth! After eating a piece, I want to feel the amazing taste again and again!
