Filling:
- 50 gram Cheese hard
- 1/2 piece Bulgarian pepper
- 5-7 pieces Black olives
- Greens 2-3-stems of dill and parsley, to taste
Sauce:
- 50 ml Milk
- 1 tablespoon Sour cream
- Salt to taste
- Seasoning to taste
Additionally:
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
Instructions
- Main. Cut the turkey fillet (I have 2 pieces of 200 gr). Add salt and pepper to taste, sprinkle with spices. Set aside.
- Completion. Cheese - on a fine grater. Pepper - a small cube. Greens - chop. Olives are divided into 8 parts. Mix it.
- Put 1/2 part of the filling on each fillet. Roll up. Wrap it with a thread.
- Fry the rolls on high heat with 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil on all sides for 1-2 minutes.
- Meanwhile, prepare the sauce. mix milk, sour cream, salt, spices. Put the fried rolls in a greased form, pour the sauce over them. Cover with foil -in the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, for 25-30 minutes.
