I invite everyone to a cup of warming and simply enveloping warm drink. It tastes a little unusual, with a slight astringency and a subtle aroma of nuts. You can say, for a lover of fleeting bitterness in tea.
For cooking, we will need: black tea, walnuts - fresh, so as not to be bitter, cinnamon and, of course, water.
Break the nuts into pieces, they can be pre-peeled from the husk, it will turn out even tastier. You don't need to add a lot of cinnamon to them in order to better orient yourself to your taste. Pour tea into the jar (this drink should not be brewed very hard).
Put nuts with cinnamon in a thermos, pour 550 ml of hot water into a jar with tea leaves, pour the rest of the water into a thermos. Let it brew for 5 minutes.
Then pour tea into a thermos through a strainer, add sugar or honey to taste, mix and close.
After 10-15 minutes, you can pour into cups and warm up. Most importantly, during the cooking process, you need to be very careful with the amount of ingredients, otherwise it can turn out sooo bitter.
