Ingredients
Turkey:
- 300 gram Turkey thigh fillet
- 1 teaspoon Paprika sweet
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- 1/2 teaspoon A mixture of spices
- 1 teaspoon Basil (dried)

Cocktail sauce:
- 4 tablespoons Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Ketchup
- 1/4 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon Sauce Worcester
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 teaspoon A mixture of spices
Burger:
- 4 pieces Bun with sesame
- 4 pieces Lettuce / Lettuce (leaves)
- 1 piece Tomato
- 1 piece Onion red
Instructions
- To prepare this Burger, I recommend taking a Turkey thigh fillet. It is better that the fillet was frozen. Cut across the fibers in layers about 2 cm thick.
- You don't need to hit it. RUB the fillet with salt, paprika, a mixture of peppers and dry Basil.
- Next, I offer you an original method of cooking Turkey fillet. Perhaps, of course, you have already used it. RUB the fillet with oil and put it on a greased sheet of baking paper. Put the leaf with the fillet on a hot pan. The leaf should be larger than the diameter of the pan, so that the juice does not flow out during cooking.
- Cover the fillet with the second half of the paper, press lightly.
- Cook over medium heat for about 8 minutes, then gently turn over. Bring to readiness for another 8 minutes.
- As a result, we have a tender fragrant Turkey fillet. With this fillet, I suggest making a Burger.
- Preparing cocktail sauce. The sauce is very tasty, I advise you to make more, it goes well with the Turkey. Mix mayonnaise, ketchup, Cayenne pepper, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, ground pepper mixture, salt to taste.
- Stir.
- It is better to collect the Burger immediately before use, so as not to get wet. We take a hamburger bun: ready-made or self-made. I have ready with sesame seeds, cut with a knife, better with a file in half. Lubricate the lower part liberally with sauce.
- Put the onion and tomato thinly cut into rings on the sauce.
- Next, washed and dried lettuce leaves.
- And at the end of the Turkey fillet, preferably warm.
- For juiciness, put another spoonful of sauce on top.
- Cover with the second half of the loaf.
