Pastries are aromas for the whole house, comfort, delicious tea and the joy of home. Kneading the dough, the hostess puts into it sincerity and love, the brightest thoughts and good wishes.
Baking can be yeast, pastry, puff pastry, with and without fillings, and baked dough products differ in shape and size. If you take such dishes from all the peoples of the world and cook at home one a day, it will take decades.
Flour is needed for baking. It can be either white (bread) or whole grain. Wheat, barley, corn, buckwheat, millet, oatmeal, nut – all are kneaded. Be sure to sift it. This will give the dough an extra dose of oxygen, and an additional operation will give your dish even more love. There are special devices-mills for home production of flour mixtures. To do this, it is enough to take the right grain and grind it. It turns out both cheaper and more natural.
It is impossible to predict what to knead pastries on as a basis. Water, milk, yogurt, ayran, sour cream, butter and vegetable oils, beer – each of the liquids gives its own taste and texture. For some recipes, the room temperature of the ingredients is important, for working with yeast it is better to take warmer.
As for the molding, the training will help, especially for sticky dough masses – dexterity and a scraper. It’s good to start with a simple non–sticky medium hardness – pies, bagels.
This recipe was given to me by an Armenian girl, for which I am very grateful to her!!! But I had to adjust it to their products. In general, write as I did, and if you bake, always remember to look at your flour. Otherwise, you can not eat bread, but the sole!
I want to share with you the recipe for “Garlic Italian bread”! In rainy weather, I don’t like to go outside, and we have frequent rains! When I ran out of bread, and the men demand, bake them, here is such a quick (without yeast and bitterness), fragrant and delicious bread… Try to cook and you!
I often bake homemade bread, I am interested in new recipes. By chance on the Internet I came across a recipe for Filipino bread Pandesal (amazing!!), which interested me very much, what is it? In translation, “pandesal” means salty bread. But the taste of the rolls was normal. They are crunchy on the outside and soft and fluffy on the inside. We use these buns for breakfast.
Healthy and absolutely hassle-free bread, which even a child can handle cooking. You do not need to knead anything, but stir in the oven. And we will serve bread with cheese and baked garlic. It is so delicious that it is impossible to convey in words, it should be tried. The recipe is from Lorraine Pascal, she served it with baked camembert, this time I served it with gorgonzola.
Airy, tender, lush apple dessert bread. So fragrant… It seems that you are eating a bun. A very interesting and worthy alternative to apple pie. Come in, try to cook. It’s amazing!
This bread for breakfast is prepared in the north of Italy, in the Trentino-Alto Adige region. This is a mountainous region with magnificent vineyards – that’s why raisins are used. Absolutely incredible bread!!! The crumb is so airy, just fluffy… And the fragrance!!! This is crazy!!! We would call it a butter pie or a cake, but the Italians say it’s bread.
Delicious, fast, and most importantly – a very healthy breakfast! The dough is prepared without a gram of sugar, and there is a minimum of oil in it! Enjoy your breakfast!
Vegetable pancakes with minced meat are a very simple dish. They are more nutritious, tasty and high-calorie than just vegetables, so they can be safely served not only for breakfast, but also for lunch and even for dinner.
