Instructions
- 1. Boil the beets and cool. 2. Pour the prunes with boiling water for 10 minutes, then drain the water. 3. Grate the beets on a fine grater. Add finely chopped garlic (or minced through garlic). 4. Finely chop the walnuts with a knife. 5. Cut the prunes into small cubes. 6. Season with salt and mayonnaise. Mix all ingredients. 7. Place the salad in the salad dish. Sprinkle with chopped walnuts on top.
