Beet Salad Recipe
A salad for lovers of beets and interesting flavor combinations. Very simple salad.

  1. 1. Boil the beets and cool. 2. Pour the prunes with boiling water for 10 minutes, then drain the water. 3. Grate the beets on a fine grater. Add finely chopped garlic (or minced through garlic). 4. Finely chop the walnuts with a knife. 5. Cut the prunes into small cubes. 6. Season with salt and mayonnaise. Mix all ingredients. 7. Place the salad in the salad dish. Sprinkle with chopped walnuts on top.
