It consists of Chinese-style wheat noodles served in meat or (sometimes) fish broth, often seasoned with soy sauce or miso, and using fillings such as sliced pork, dried seaweed (nori), menma and green onions. This recipe is according to my beloved husband: “One of my most delicious dishes.” You can also cook for dinner and for a festive table. It is very tasty and fragrant.
