I already had a recipe in a minimalist style (I would call it that) with apricot jam: chicken + jam and almost everything else. It was not only interesting, but also delicious, despite the doubts that arose at the first reading. This recipe is probably more acceptable in the traditional perception of tastes, but perhaps someone will also doubt: is it possible to add sweet jam to the bird? You can! I assure you! Add the same to the meat sauce, in addition to soy sauce, for example, honey. Everything is in perfect harmony. It’s the same “song” here. You can add the amount of jam to your liking. It’s worth a try.
If you like Japanese cuisine and pickled ginger, then you will definitely like this salad. The salad is prepared quickly, from simple ingredients, but has its own “zest”.
Czech trdelnik is a famous street pastry that can be tasted not only in the Czech Republic. For example, in Hungary, baking is called kurtoskalach. Trdelnik is baked on coals, is considered a festive treat and is sold at fairs or Christmas markets. But what if you can’t get to Prague, but you want to try baking? We offer to cook a trdelnik in the oven, adding a touch of autumn to the dough, pumpkin puree and spices to a traditional pumpkin pie.
Very juicy, spicy chicken baked in the oven with carrots, which acts as a side dish. Perfect for dinner! For men, it can be served with a side dish of potatoes or cereals.
I want to offer another jam, this time from zucchini with citrus and ginger. This jam will delight you on a cold autumn evening over a mug of hot tea, and you are not afraid of any cold!
A very tender liver turned out with an Asian component. We love chicken liver and want to diversify its preparation. This option, in my opinion, is very successful! It also saves time. It is prepared simply and quickly. I recommend adding all the seasonings and sauces that go into the dish to taste!
So autumn has come into its own. The street is getting fresher day by day. Still, of course, not winter frosts, but absolutely winter, saturated, thick, hearty soups so far, it seems, I don’t really want. But I want something light, but, nevertheless, warming. That’s where ginger and hot pepper will come to our aid. Delicate consistency, slightly spicy, this soup will perfectly warm and surprise with unusual flavor combinations. To make this soup, it is better to use sweet pink tomatoes or other, but not necessarily meaty varieties. Honey and lime in the composition is a good prevention of colds.
