I saw these biscuits on the cover of a magazine and couldn’t resist! The magazine was bought, and, slightly changing the recipe, we made these biscuits for breakfast. Very tasty and beautiful pastries turned out, ruddy cookies with cottage cheese and fruit – like the sun on a cloudy morning. Replacing part of the flour with oat bran, we add more benefits to our diet, but it is important to remember – flour / tasty / sweet is eaten in the morning))) By the way, figs are rarely found, pears can be replaced with cinnamon, nectarine or plum.

There are just a great many recipes for biscuits, but I decided to cook from rye flour and bran and say that it turned out delicious – to say nothing. This is a delicate, crumbly dough combined with a filling of apples, I really liked it! Such a crazy riot of tastes. I would never have thought that sweet pastries would go so well with rye flour.
