Prepare the dough:
Mix egg, flour, sugar, salt and butter at room temperature. Knead the dough, wrap in foil and remove in the cold for an hour.
After an hour, remove dough to put on the baking paper, roll out a thin layer.
Apples and strawberries to wash it flushed thinly cut into.
Put on top of the dough, retreating from the edge of 3-4cm
Wrap the edge of the galette, sprinkle the Apple and strawberries with a little sugar and put some butter on top.
Bake at 200C for 20 minutes
The finished biscuit can be poured with honey, if desired.
The Galette can be served hot or cold.
Cut into pieces with kitchen scissors, a pizza knife or an ordinary knife.
