A Hearty Dish in Pots Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 piece Chicken fillet
- 5 pieces Potatoes
- 1 piece Onion
- 100 ml Milk
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- Salt to taste
- Seasoning for meat,to taste
- 1 piece Tomato
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 50 gram Hard cheese
- 2 pieces Chicken eggs
- 3 taablespoons Sour cream
Instructions
- Wash the chicken fillet and cut into pieces. Pour in the milk and leave to marinate for 1 hour.
- Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin slices. Add salt and put it on the bottom of the pots, greased with vegetable oil.
- Put the chopped onion on the potatoes. You can pre-fry the onion, it will be fragrant.
- Drain the milk from the meat, add salt and spices. Then put the meat on the onion.
- Beat the eggs with sour cream and a pinch of salt.
- Pour the resulting mixture over the meat.
- Place the tomato sliced into thin slices on top of the meat with the filling.
- Sprinkle the tomato with garlic and grated cheese. Cover the pots with lids. Bake in a preheated 180 *C oven for about 50 minutes.
- Serve the dish hot, sprinkled with finely chopped herbs.
