- 4 pieces Sausage
- 1 piece Sweet pepper
- 400 gram bean canned
- 200 gram Tomato
- 1 piece Onion
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 1 piece Chile pepper
- 2 pieces Bay leaf
- 5 twigs Thyme
- 1 tsp Paprika sweet
- 3 tbsp Vegetable oil

- Before cooking, prepare all the vegetables, cut the sweet peppers into half rings, tomatoes if they are not large, just cut in half. One medium onion is cut into half rings. If desired, you can cut a little chili pepper, it will give a pleasant aroma to the dish. In a frying pan, heat a little sunflower oil and fry the sausages for three minutes on each side until a nice crust forms. Remove the finished sausages to a plate.
- In the same oil, we send our vegetables and fry for three minutes. Next, add the paprika, black pepper, salt and two crushed garlic cloves. Mix everything well and add the beans. Reduce the heat to medium, add sprigs of thyme and a couple of bay leaves. Return the sausages back to the pan and simmer for 5 minutes. Before serving, the finished dish can be sprinkled with thyme leaves.
