Aspic Pie with Cabbage and Mushrooms Recipe
A simple familiar dough stuffed with seasonal vegetables. I used to prepare the dough for pouring on mayonnaise, but today without it, only on yogurt. Such a pie with a rich filling will replace your second course, for example, for dinner. I recommend serving warm, warmed up. Form 21 cm in diameter.

Ingredients
Dough:
- 1 glass Kefir room temperature-230 ml
- 3 pieces Chicken eggs
- 150 gram Flour wheat / Flour or a little more if liquid kefir
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
Filling:
- 400 gram Cabbage
- 2 pieces Carrot
- 1 piece Bulgarian pepper
- 1 piece Onion
- 1 handful Champagnons
- 1 tablespoon Sauce sweet chili
- 1 tablespoon Dill
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil for fry
- Salt to taste
For top:
- 1 piece Egg
- Poppy seeds to taste
Instructions
- Products for the test.
- Beat eggs into kefir and add a couple of spoons of greens. oils. I have unrefined rapeseed.
- Mix with Himalayan salt and sugar.
- Add flour with baking powder.
- Carefully knead the viscous dough, as for pancakes.
- For the filling...
- Chop the cabbage.
- Finely chop the onion and mushrooms.
- Grate the cabbage on a coarse grater, chop the paprika.
- Fry the onion in oil.
- We send it to onions, cabbage and carrots. Then simmer over low heat, stirring occasionally.
- Sprinkle red pepper at the very end of laying vegetables.
- Seasonings: salted ground dill, sweet chili sauce, Himalayan salt.
- Mushrooms can be sent to ready-made cabbage. You don't need to fry them for a long time.
- Mix everything, put it on the fire and turn it off.
- Pour half of the dough into a removable mold on the parchment.
- Spread the warm or pre-cooked filling on top.
- Pour out the rest of the dough.
- Put in a preheated oven for 30-35 minutes. The oven was preheated to 250 *, then the blowing was turned on at 200 *. I have an electric oven now, adapt.
- In 5-7 minutes, take out the cake and smear the already formed cake with beaten egg twice. If desired, sprinkle with poppy seeds or sesame seeds.
- The pie was left in the oven turned off until it warmed up.
- Carefully pierce the top cake and cut into portions.
- I cut it into large pieces to keep its shape. The pie turned out to be high, since there are a lot of fillings, but you can reduce the amount of cabbage or others.
