- Cut the mushrooms into four pieces. Melt the butter in Minsk. Grate garlic, mix it with oil and spices, add salt, pepper and balsamic vinegar. Mix thoroughly with a whisk. Pour the marinade over the mushrooms, stir and leave them to marinate for 15-20 minutes. Then put everything in a baking dish and send it to bake in the oven for 20 minutes at a temperature of 200 degrees. Stir occasionally. After 20 minutes, take out the dish and serve it in portions.
