Instructions
- Put semolina, eggs, mayonnaise, sour cream (I have sour cream and yogurt) in a container.
- Mix well and leave on the table for at least an hour.
- Prepare the filling. I stewed (fried better) cabbage in vegetable oil. I chopped the chicken meat in a blender and added it to the cabbage. Add salt and pepper to taste the cooled filling.
- Grease the mold with oil, sprinkle with semolina and shake off the excess. I have a split form with a length of 23 cm.
- Add flour with baking powder to the swollen semolina and mix.
- Prepare the filling - mix all the ingredients for the filling well. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- Pour the dough into the mold.
- Spread the filling evenly over the dough.
- Pour the filling.
- Put in a preheated 180 degree oven and bake for 50 minutes. The top should turn golden. I have a ceramic bottom of the mold, so I baked for 1 hour and the last 10 minutes on the top shelf.
- Bon appetit.
