- 2 tablespoons Coconut shavings

Instructions
- Wash and dry the strawberries. Melt a chocolate bar in a water bath.
- Prepare the coconut shavings and pastry sprinkles.
- Each strawberry is alternately dipped in chocolate then in coconut shavings or sprinkles
- Place on a wire rack to completely solidify the chocolate.
- Serve in any convenient bowl.
