Ingredients
Dough:
- 180 gram Flour wheat / Flour
- 225 ml Milk
- 85 gram Butter
- 60 gram Sugar
- 2 pieces Chicken eggs
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 1 pack Vanilin
- 1 pinch Salt
Protein cream:
- 1 piece Egg white
- 0,5 glass Sugar powder
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Lemon acid
Cottage cheese cream:
- 125 gram Cottage cheese
- 4 tablespoons Jam strained through a sieve
- 100 gram Butter
- 1 tablespoon Sugar powder or to taste
- 0,3 glass Nuts to your taste, fried and crushed
Instructions
- Separate the whites from the yolks and whisk with a pinch of salt until soft peaks.
- Grind the yolks with sugar.
- Add the softened butter to the yolks and whisk with a whisk.
- Then add the milk and stir.
- Mix flour with vanilla and baking powder and sift.
- Pour the flour mixture into the liquid mixture in small portions.
- Then whisk with a blender.
- In a homogeneous dough without lumps, gently mix the proteins (with a silicone spatula).
- Prepare a slow cooker. Open the lid of the slow cooker and install the waffle plate. Close the cover of the device and connect it to a power source. The red indicator lights up. When the device heats up, the green indicator lights up.
- Open the lid of the slow cooker. Do not lubricate the baking dish with oil. Evenly distribute the dough into 1.5 tablespoons per 1 serving and quickly put it into a preheated form. Close the lid.
- Baked waffles, without cooling, quickly roll into a tube.
- To fill the tubes, you can prepare a cream, I give 2 types of cream. Cook the protein cream for a couple. Put a bowl with whipped protein on a steam bath and add powdered sugar at 1 speed of the mixer. Once all the sugar is added, switch the mixer to 2-3 speeds and beat until stable peaks, 10 minutes. The bottom of the creamer should not touch the water! Food dyes are added to the finished cream.
- Cottage cheese cream. Cottage cheese (100 gr) is mixed with butter (100 gr), powdered sugar, chilled jam (3-4 tbsp. l.) and whipped with a blender. Add the chopped nuts and mix. The cream should not be very thick.
- Before serving, put the cream in a cornet with a nozzle and fill the cooled tubes. It turned out very tasty, crispy waffle tubes with cream.
- Have a nice tea!
