Ingredients
Puree:
- 1 kilogram Potato puree
- 1 piece Chicken egg
- 2 tablespoons Starch
- 30 gram Butter
- Salt to taste
Julienne:
- 600 gram Chicken fillet
- 1 piece Onion
- 300 gram Champignons
- 200 gram Sour cream
- 200 gram Cheese hard
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Mashed potatoes: boil potatoes, mash in mashed potatoes with egg, butter and 2 tablespoons of starch.
- For Julienne: onion, chicken fillet, mushrooms cut into cubes.
- Fry the onion in oil, add the chopped chicken, fry. When the chicken is fried, add spices - salt, pepper and your favorite.
- Then - sliced mushrooms, fry for another 5-7 minutes.
- Next - sour cream, simmer all together for a few minutes, and at the end - grated cheese.
- Mashed potatoes are spread through a pastry bag on a sheet covered with parchment paper.
- We put our Julien in the "nest".
- And "turn out" the sides of the potatoes.
- Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 15-20 minutes.
