Lagman Recipe
As part of vegetables, meat, especially garlic - it's time for Asian cuisine vegetables, just lick your fingers. Lagman is suitable for both lunch and dinner, on weekdays for the whole family and to please guests. My children really like it, I try to please them with goodies.

Ingredients
- 500 gram Meat
- 3 pieces Onions
- 3 pieces Carrots
- 3 pieces Potatoes
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 2 pieces Bulgarian pepper
- 500 gram Noodles
- 600 milliliters Water
- 4 tablespoons Tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon Red hot pepper
- Vegetable oil
- Salt
- Bay leaf
Instructions
- Cut everything into cubes and start frying!
- First fry the meat, then add carrots, onions, potatoes, garlic and fry all together for 15 minutes. Add water, salt, pepper, tomato paste; put on a small fire to simmer for 30-40 minutes.
- Add Bulgarian pepper, herbs of all kinds. Leave to stew for another 10 -15 minutes. This is how a beautiful and delicious sauce turns out.
- Boil the pasta, and then pour the resulting sauce over them. Very tasty for gourmets.
