Peeled garlic cloves cut into thin cubes. Pork loin (lean neck is also suitable) with a thin knife, making punctures in the meat, rub with garlic.
Prepare a marinade of two types of mustard, soy sauce, mayonnaise and Forester spices for meat.
The loin is slightly salted and generously coated with marinade.
Put the meat in a baking bag and leave to marinate for 1-2 hours.
Make several punctures in the package and bake the meat in the oven at 180 degrees for about half an hour. At the end of cooking, cut the package to form a crust.
Cool the finished baked ham and cut into thin slices.
