- Stuff the peppers. Put in one layer in a bag and freeze. I've heard that peppers shouldn't touch each other - it's all nonsense, I have contact, and absolutely nothing to worry about. Prepare, as usual, fresh pepper. It's very tasty, especially if you let them brew after turning off the stove (usually we don't wait for this moment and eat everything at once)
