Instructions
- First of all, you need to prepare the dough. To do this, prepare all the necessary ingredients.
- In a bowl, sift the flour, add dry yeast, salt, sugar, pour in vegetable oil and milk. Knead the dough. At first, it will be sticky, but in the process of kneading for 5-10 minutes, it will become soft, elastic and practically will not stick to your hands. Brush the bowl lightly with vegetable oil, round the dough, place in a bowl, cover with a napkin or cling film and put in a warm place for about 40-50 minutes.
- While the dough is suitable, prepare the filling. We will prepare the necessary ingredients for this.
- Cut the zucchini into thin slices and bake in the oven until soft, so that they do not break when rolled.
- Similarly, bake until soft-eggplant and bell peppers.
- To the minced meat, add an egg, finely chopped onions, salt, spices, breadcrumbs, chopped parsley and some fresh vegetables. Mix the minced meat thoroughly and form 8 cutlets.
- Fry the cutlets on both sides until half cooked.
- By this time, the dough was perfect. Knead it and divide it into two parts - 1/3 and 2/3.
- Most of the roll out in a circle and transfer to a baking dish, pre-greased with oil. ( baking dish 28-30 cm ) In the center, make 8 cuts, according to the number of cutlets.
- Arrange the cutlets in a circle and cover with the dough petals. In the middle, put a circle of dough, rolled out of the remaining part and fill with grated mozzarella cheese on a large grater. Just fill the space between the cutlets with cheese.
- Zucchini cut in half, slices of bell pepper cut into strips, about 1 cm wide and roll in the form of petals.
