Knead the dough from flour, 0.5 tsp salt, vegetable oil, vinegar and 4-5 tablespoons of water.
Place the dough on a floured board. In a ceramic bowl of such a size that you can cover the dough, pour boiling water and, as soon as it heats up, drain the water and cover the dough with wet.
After 15 minutes, the bowl will cool down, remove it from the dough, reheat. Repeat this technique 3 times. Thanks to him, the dough will turn out more elastic.
Fry chopped mushrooms, onion in half rings and tomato slices in butter for 5 minutes (you can add Bulgarian pepper straws). Salt and pepper.
Soak the bread in warm water, squeeze well. Chop the garlic and add it to the minced meat with bread, salt, pepper, nutmeg and egg. Mix everything well.
Roll out the dough thinly on a floured board, giving it a rectangular shape.
Thinly slice the cheese, put the slices on the dough.
Spread the minced meat evenly over the cheese and fried vegetables.
Roll out the strudel. It would be good to take over.
Place on a greased baking sheet, sprinkle with the remaining vegetable oil.
Bake for 40 minutes in a preheated 200 degree oven.
5 minutes before readiness, lubricate the strudel with a mixture of yolk and milk.
