Tuscan Soup with Minced Meat Recipe
Sunny Italy rules on my table today! I love Italian cuisine, which, by the way, is very similar to Greek! I saw the recipe on the Internet, I wanted to cook and share this wonderful recipe with you. And for a couple of "Tuscan soup with minced meat" there will be "Bread crumbs - mother-in-law's tongue".

Ingredients
Soup:
- 500 gram Minced meat I have pork
- 2 tablespoons Parsley
- 2 teaspoons Paprika sweet
- 1 teaspoon Basil
- 1/2 teaspoon Oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 teaspoon Sugar
- 350 ml Cream (10%)
- 3 liter Water
- 6 pieces Potatoes
- 1 piece Onion
- 2 cloves Garlic
- 50 gram Butter
For table layout:
- 6 pieces Lettuce / Lettuce (leaves)
- 40 gram Cheese hard
Instructions
- It is better to weigh and measure the ingredients for the soup in advance.
- Melt half of the butter in a saucepan. Put parsley, paprika, sugar, ground black pepper, 1 clove of grated garlic, oregano and basil in the minced meat...
- .. mix well...
- ... and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Bring the water to a boil and put the coarsely chopped potatoes in it, cook until it is fully cooked. Transfer the potatoes to a small container with a small amount of broth.
- Make a puree. Then return to the pan and mix well.
- Finely chop the onion and garlic (2 cloves) and fry in the remaining oil. Add it to the broth and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- Then pour the cream into the broth and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add the finished fried minced meat and cook for 15 minutes.
- The soup is ready. Remove from the heat and let it brew.
- Serve with lettuce leaves and grated cheese.
- And, of course, with fragrant and crispy chips - mother-in-law's tongue!
