For hot types of cheese snacks, a batter is often prepared, which may include a variety of products: flour of different types, eggs, breadcrumbs, broth, juice, oat flakes, corn crumbs, and so on. The basis of any recipe is, of course, cheese. And any one. For grating, take hard cheese. Or even softer cheese, because you can grate it without any problems if you first freeze it in the refrigerator.
For frying or baking, it is easier to use cheese that melts well. It does not matter if it is hard or soft. It is very nice to add melted and cream cheese to this snack.
Cheese can be used to cook not only the filling, but also the shell itself. For example, to roll an olive, grape, nut and anything else in a sticky cheese mass. Based on the composition of the ingredients used, an ideal snack is obtained for almost all types of alcoholic beverages, from table to dessert, from strong to weaker.
Ready-made cheese snacks are also convenient because they can be decorated in any way. For example, serve as a canape, spread out on a platter; put on skewers or thin biscuits straws. In addition, it can be done in any color, rolled in dyed egg white, chopped greens, black olives, finely grated carrots, beets, fragments of corn flakes, bright-colored spices like curry or saffron.
It will not be difficult to prepare these snack balls, and the modeling process can attract young cooks. The recipe for the dough is so simple that in the absence of fashionable kitchen appliances, you can easily cook it by hand. This “flyaway”, in the literal sense of the word (eaten very quickly), snack is ideal for any receptions, banquets, festive feasts, parties of various subjects and even for evening family gatherings and games. Yes, these are games! If you use olives of two colors as a filling, then guests / family members can be invited to play the game “guess the color!”, and at this moment the rate of their disappearance from the serving dish increases dramatically, as does a handful of delicious fried seeds.
A delicious and light snack option for the festive table. Processed cheese rolls with mushroom filling are prepared very quickly and simply. They taste tender and satisfying. This portion of snacks will appeal to everyone without exception. It can be prepared in advance and served as needed.
Fragrant crispy cookies for snacks. Corn flour gives the products softness, and the inclusions of tomatoes – a pleasant sourness. The more different sprinkles on top, the more interesting.
