In the last days of autumn, I want to treat you to an incredibly fragrant and tender pie with pears and tangerines. I cook this pie very often, it is made on the basis of a cake from a famous chef, it can be cooked with cranberries, apples and generally with any fruits and berries that you wish, even with frozen ones. And most importantly, it is prepared very quickly and there are always products for it at home.
