I want to offer a very tasty and very simple salad recipe. Initially, the feed was planned in the leaves of red cabbage, but, unfortunately, I did not find it. Replaced the usual white color.
This salad can be cut into strips, mixed with sauce and served in a salad bowl. But if you dream a little, you will get a festive, spring dish. If you don’t like celery, the salad is good without it, but celery will give it freshness. We also recommend adding nuts, especially walnuts, but almonds or cedar will also be good.
Tender, creamy, spicy cream soup. The difference between the soup-puree in a velvety consistency, a ready-made dish with a creamy taste. I indicated in the description that cream soup can be served as an aperitif, offering it to guests in a chilled form. My cream is shrimp soup, but you can cook with any seafood or chicken.
A very tasty snack! Delicate, fragrant and nutritious! It goes well in both warm and cold form! It would be nice to serve mushroom sauce with such a meat pudding. But just a piece on a crispy crust of bread is great! I ask everyone to the table!
