How to Store Eggs for a Long Time
Chicken eggs should be kept in the refrigerator in compartments specially designed for this purpose. But to extend the term, it is better to turn them over with the sharp end down. Then they can lie down for up to 3 weeks preserving most of the consumer qualities and properties. If the refrigerator is unavailable for some reason, then rub the egg shell with sunflower oil or fat melted from the fat.
