- 3 twigs Greens
- 2 tablespoons Mayo
Decoration:
- 4 pieces Chicken eggs boiled
- 6 pieces Cherry tomatoes
- 6 pieces Lettuce / Lettuce (leaves)
- Mayonnaise to taste
Instructions
- Insert a chopping knife into the bowl of the combine, put out the products: liver, carrots, zucchini, onion, garlic, chop until completely crushed. It will only take one and a half to two minutes.
- In the crushed mass, add pepper, salt (I have Adyghe), flour, soda, egg - beat for a few more seconds, the dough will turn out liquid.
- Preheat a frying pan with vegetable oil and bake the same pancakes on low heat.
- Here is such a mountain of pancakes turned out. Let them cool completely. I used to fry pancakes, cut out circles, and now I decided to bake pancakes right away.
- Divide the boiled eggs into whites /yolks and grate on a medium grater in different bowls.
- In another bowl, rub the hard cheese, add mayonnaise, chop any greens, I took a sprig - dill, parsley, cilantro, mix.
- I'll bake a stack of three pancakes. Lightly spread the cheese mixture on two pancakes, lay them on top of each other and cover with a third.
- Add the coconut chips to the grated proteins and mix. The proteins are moist, and the chips will make them slightly dry.
- Take the stacked pancakes, grease the sides with mayonnaise with a brush and roll them in proteins.
- Simply brush the top of the pancakes with mayonnaise and garnish with yolks.
- Before serving, place on lettuce leaves and garnish with rings of cherry tomatoes. Enjoy your meal!
