Baked Potatoes with Rosemary Recipe

  1. We prepare everything that we need for cooking. Peel the potatoes, wash them, cut them into rounds, about 0.5-0.7 cm thick. Put the potatoes to boil in salted water. From the moment of boiling, cook for 5 minutes. Potatoes can be baked on a pan. I'll take an earthen pan. Pour olive oil into it and add rosemary. I have dry, fresh will go well. Cut the garlic into thin slices.
