This is the name my husband gave them when he found out that only three ingredients are required for their preparation. This recipe is probably the simplest and most unusual of all that I baked.

  1. In fact, it's not easy, but it's very simple. Let the ice cream soften. By the way, you can use any of it: cream, chocolate, creme brulee, fruit - the corresponding taste and cupcakes will have, most importantly, ice cream should be of high quality. I baked both cream (from ice cream) and chocolate - my family's choice stopped at cream and I have already repeated this three times during the week. But back to the recipe: defrost the ice cream, add flour and baking powder. Stir until smooth. The dough is ready.

  3. Cupcakes are very delicate in structure and taste, slightly moist, with a soft crust. But if you overdo it (I also had this), the crust becomes crispy, the cupcakes turn out to be just as tender, but without moisture. The next day (unless you yourself) have not lost their freshness and tenderness).
