Cakes:

- 50 gram Dark chocolate
- 150 ml Cream (33%)
- 2 tablespoons Sugar powder
- 1 tablespoon Milk
- Marshmallow to taste

Instructions
- Frozen berries are pre-thawed. Sprinkle with flour. Lubricate the molds. I have special shapes with a protrusion and the usual ones. Mix flour with baking powder. Turn on the oven to warm it up.
- Beat the eggs with sugar with a mixer.
- Continuing to beat, pour in the butter with sour cream and soda. Add, sifting, flour mixture. Stir with a spatula until all the flour is moistened. You can beat it with a mixer at the smallest speeds.
- I put some dough aside and added some sprinkles.
- Add the berries to the rest of the dough and mix.
- Both types of dough are laid out in molds, filling them by 2/3. It turned out 12 pieces. We send it to the oven, preheated to 190 ° C, for 20-25 minutes, until a dry match is formed.
- I cut off the tops of cupcakes with incisions for stability. I poured chocolate with milk melted in a water bath into the recesses.
- We make cup handles from pretzels. Dip the edges in chocolate and attach to the cupcakes in the holes made earlier with a toothpick. Ordinary cupcakes were decorated with a cap of whipped cream with powdered sugar. You can also cut off the tops from ordinary cupcakes and carefully select a little crumbs so that there is where to pour the chocolate.
