Ingredients
- 300 gram Zucchini
- 300 gram Bulgarian pepper
- 300 gram Tomato
- 150 gram Onion
- Salt to taste
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Flour
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1/2 tsp Tabasco
- 1/2 tsp Paprika sweet

Instructions
- Prepare the sauce. In a small ladle, heat the olive oil, add the flour in small portions, stirring constantly so that there are no lumps. Add garlic (passed through a press), paprika, tabasco sauce, lemon juice. Add salt and remove from heat. We put the finished vegetables on a plate and pour the sauce over them.
