Non-alcoholic grog may appeal to both children and adults who do not drink alcoholic beverages. Black tea will give a rich color, and the drink will turn out tart, with woody notes.
Pour water into a small saucepan and pour in the tea leaves.
Put the pan on the fire. Cut the lemon into slices. 3-4 pieces can be set aside for feeding, and the rest can be added to the water. When the mixture boils, add sugar and spices.
Grog should be kept on fire for 10-15 minutes. During this time, the tea will be well brewed and color the drink, and spices will enrich it with their aromas.
Be sure to strain the grog after cooking. Enjoy it!!!
