Mushroom Salad Recipe
I suggest preparing a very simple and delicious mushroom salad. Very simple to prepare.

Instructions
Chop the onion and pour boiling water for 5 minutes. Pour the water.
My mushrooms are ready from the freezer. I defrosted them, carefully strained them.
Wash the cucumber and cut it into strips.
Make the sauce.
Mix the yogurt with salt, sugar and mustard, add the crushed egg and mix.
You can fill it with mayonnaise of your choice.
Combine the mushrooms, sliced cucumber and onion. Fill with our dressing or mayonnaise and gently mix.
