In a hot pan, pour a little oil and the juice of half an orange. Lay out the prawns and fry for 3-4 minutes.
In a salad bowl, put the washed and dried spinach leaves, and send the fried prawns to the same place.
Cut the tomato into a medium cube and put it in a salad bowl.
Do the dressing: oil ( I have a mixture of olive and vegetable), mustard, balsamic vinegar and lemon juice mix. Pour into a salad bowl and gently mix the salad with your hands. Portionally spread the salad on plates.
