- 500 gram Potato boiled
- 400 gram Tuna (canned)
- 75 gram Spinach
- 200 gram Cherry tomatoes
- 1/2 pieces Cucumber
- 100 ml Yogurt
- Allspice to taste

- The salad is prepared very quickly. Mash the tuna with a fork. Boiled potatoes cut in half (if small) large should be cut into quarters, cucumber cut into thin slices. Cherry tomatoes are simply cut in half. In a large bowl, mix the spinach, potato, tuna, cherry tomatoes and cucumbers. Fill with yogurt. Sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. And gently mix.
