The ingredients for the sauce are liver, soft-boiled eggs, onions.
Cook the eggs for the salad until tender.
For the salad, fill everything with liquid.
Finely chop the onion. Onions can be put less, who do not really like the smell. Or cut into 4 parts, pour boiling water for 2-3 minutes and rinse with running water. I usually do it for little guests.
The liver was crushed together with the liquid. I added salt and pepper.
The result is a sauce-sauce with the consistency of thick sour cream.
Spread the liver sauce on toast with rye bread. You can decorate with onion rings and boiled egg. Sprinkle finely chopped green onions or other herbs on top.
