Boil the pasta in salted water until al dente.
Walnut grind in a blender or finely chop with a knife. On dry (!) pan fry the nut and chopped garlic clove.
Pasta throw in a colander, add cottage cheese (fat), herbs, nuts, salt and pepper. Add sour cream, stir.
Sauce separated not removed. There everything is very simple: in a blender, beat sour cream, gherkins, garlic, dill. To adjust the thickness add the brine from the gherkins. Add grated PA fine grater Parmesan.
When serving, sprinkle the finished dish with grated Parmesan. The sauce is optional, but so delicious! Bon appetit!
