Well, a very healthy and delicious salad. The recipe was shared with me by the chef of a local Korean restaurant. Very, very easy to prepare. But, oddly enough, for all its simplicity, it disappears at a time, and this is with an abundance of other, more complex dishes at the feast.
Instructions
- So, it's simple. Rinse the spinach, remove all flaccid or yellowed leaves, roots. I put it in salted boiling water for 30 seconds or a minute (depending on the youth and freshness of the spinach), I throw it into a colander. Separately fry the onion in a frying pan until dark golden brown, add a couple of tablespoons of soy sauce to the pan and simmer for about 2 minutes.
