- 1 slice Ginger fresh root 3-4 cm long
- 1/4 piece Lemon large
- Strawberry to taste
- Strawberry syrup to taste
- 5-6 pieces Currant leaf

- Pour the tea leaves into a teapot or thermos and pour boiling water, add ginger, lemon, currant leaves and a few strawberries, close the lid and let it brew for 20-30 minutes or longer. The longer the tea is infused, the richer and brighter its taste. Add strawberry syrup or strawberry jam and infused tea to warmed cups. Enjoy your meal!
