Cook the eggs in a "bag". Break the bread into small pieces with your hands, sprinkle with olive oil, and spread the chopped bacon on top. Put in a preheated 200 degree oven for 15 minutes.
Prepare the dressing: mix the olive oil, juice of 1/2 lemon, salt and pepper. Tear the lettuce leaves with your hands, put them on a serving plate and pour half of the dressing over them.
On the lettuce leaves, spread warm crackers with bacon, on top-coarsely chopped eggs, pour the remaining dressing. You can sprinkle with cheese. The salad is ready!
