Rolls with stuffing are the perfect snack. It is prepared quickly and simply, which gives additional scope in culinary imagination. In addition, most rolls can and even need to be prepared in advance, which is important when preparing such a time-consuming event as a birthday or any other holiday. The basis of the roll is any fresh thin flatbread (pita bread, tortilla, rice paper), thinly sliced salted or smoked fish, ham or other meat delicacies. Eggplant and zucchini, cut into thin plates and fried, also serve as an excellent basis for rolls. Additionally, you can use a combination of pancakes made of flour or mashed potatoes, sliced strips of vegetables: cucumbers, pieces of pita bread, bacon, ham, omelette, cabbage or salad leaves, leaf waffles.

Next, the dish can be served cold, reheated in the oven or fried in a frying pan in oil.
