- The final touch is the preparation of poached eggs. There are many options on the site, I will describe the one I use myself. Bring the water to a boil, add a spoonful of vinegar (9%), break an egg into a separate cup. I tried to beat it in a frying pan right away, but I didn't do it very well. Let's make a funnel with a spoon, pour the egg into it and continue stirring on the far edge of the pan so that the egg gathers into a bag. With a slotted spoon, remove the egg and put it in the salad. Pour over a small amount of mustard and serve!
