- 1 piece Onion
- 50 ml Soy sauce
- 50 ml Oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp Sesame
- 1 piece Bulgarian pepper

- Starch noodles must first be soaked in water for 2-3 hours, then boil for 5 minutes, if you have other noodles, follow the instructions on the package. Vegetables cut into strips, carrots can be grated on a coarse grater, fry until half cooked, peppers and carrots should remain firm. Lay out the vegetables. Cut the meat into strips, fry separately for 10-15 minutes until tender. Add vegetables, noodles, soy sauce and oyster sauce to the pan with the meat.
