In order to prepare profiteroles, it is necessary to add butter to boiling salted water, let the mixture boil.
Next, pour in the flour and mix until the mass begins to lag behind the edges.
Then you need to remove the mixture from the heat, cool it a little and add all the eggs one by one.
Then sprinkle with grated cheese. Mix everything thoroughly.
With the help of a pastry syringe, it is necessary to put profiteroles on a baking sheet lined with paper and bake at 180 degrees until ready. They can be browned for 15-25 minutes, be careful))
While the profiteroles are being baked, you can do the cream. Milk is brought to a boil in a container, after which starch and flour are added to it. With constant stirring, the mixture is brought to a thickening, and then removed from the heat.
Ham is grated, melted butter is added to it, the resulting mixture is crushed with a blender. You can go the other way - pass the ham through a meat grinder twice, and then mix it with melted butter.
Add milk to the ham mass, mix everything thoroughly. You can add salt and/or pepper.
The finished profiteroles are cut in half and filled with ham cream.
We connect the halves again, decorate with grated cheese and chopped dill, send it to the refrigerator to cool down.
