- Boil the eggs hard and remove the yolk. Proteins removed, we don't need them. Yolks crumble, add mayonnaise and beat with a mixer until creamy. The cream should be thick, not spread, so the amount of mayonnaise adjust depending on the consistency of the cream. It is better to add it gradually until you achieve the desired consistency.
