You can take any mushrooms, including: champignons, oyster mushrooms, honey mushrooms, which are now sold in stores all year round. Easy to prepare, very fragrant and of course -delicious!
A few years ago I had a chance to visit the wonderful Budapest, which is famous not only for its thermal springs, but also for delicious food. We tried this dish in a nice cafe and, frankly, fell in love with the combination of meat, vegetables and sweet paprika, honey and beer!
