A wonderful salad during Lent. It contains everything you need, all the necessary substances, proteins and vitamins. Delicious, fresh and vitamin-rich, this salad is suitable not only for those who watch their figure and nutrition, but also just for a snack and for guests!

A simple snack of chickpeas in pita bread. The delicate taste and high nutritional value of chickpeas are very useful, it turns out very tasty. These are, one might say, pies in a hurry. If there are pre-fried mushrooms and boiled chickpeas. I cook it the night before. We give cooking time without boiling chickpeas. It can be cooked in a slow cooker, which will save time.
Before this recipe, I did not know that such a thing was possible, and when I cooked, I did not hope that it would work. But, fortunately, it was not so scary, even a child can cope with this recipe. Marshmallows are tender, airy and very tasty. Chickpeas have always been a welcome product on our table, now it is doubly welcome.
